01 / BENCH FIXTURE
A stiff frame and external actuator allow loaded motion, contact force and collected soil to be measured. This fixture is proposed; it has not been built.
02 / OEM CARTRIDGE
A future head-integrated mechanism would preserve normal cleaning and deploy added agitation on demand. Packaging, vibration isolation, power, serviceability and durability remain to be resolved around a selected host.
Does the dirt reach the collector?
Preserve ordinary pickup and effective suction around the added contact member. Verify airflow loss and escaped particles alongside extra collection.
Does it feel right to use?
Evaluate activation, push force, sound and transmitted vibration. Keep operation bounded and define how the head responds to contact loss or a fault.
Can it earn its cost?
Obtain component and assembly quotations, estimate power and warranty exposure, and review cleaning access and wear-part replacement before a production decision.

The venture supplies
Research, proposed mechanism and test definitions, prior-art questions, and a controlled technical package. Prototype development, data generation and transfer support would be scoped and funded.
The OEM supplies
A candidate head and vacuum, platform constraints, relevant carpets and soils, an engineering sponsor and product decision-maker, plus agreed evaluation resources.
The team agrees
Pass/fail criteria, budget, schedule, sample and data access, confidentiality, background rights and improvement ownership. The OEM leads finished-product qualification.
